In all my years as an active and passionate cook I hadn’t been able to find the kitchen I wanted for my home: a well-designed kitchen with professional features and applications. Made from really robust high-quality and durable stainless steel materials, easy to use and beautiful to behold. My cooking club has the use of a professional kitchen. This made me hungry for the advantages a similar cooking environment could provide in my own home. However, I couldn’t find a well-built and well-designed small-scale modular professional kitchen. During the development of my Serious Kitchen I was fortunate enough to receive valuable suggestions and practical contributions from my cooking companions.
